Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Visuary LLC (“Visuary,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use visuary.ai, our applications, and our connector services (the “Services”). Some Services have additional, product-specific privacy terms (see Section 8 and Schedule A on our Terms of Service page).
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up or connect a Service, our identity and authentication provider collects and shares with us your email address, name (if provided), and authentication identifiers.
Usage information. We record metadata about your use of the Services: which tools or features were invoked, when, by which account, request sizes, and quota counters. We log this metadata only — we do not retain the content of the documents or parameters you submit (see “Content you submit,” below, and any applicable Schedule).
Content you submit. Documents, document text, and parameters you submit to our tools are processed to generate a response and are not retained beyond what is needed to provide the Service. Product-specific handling — including whether content is sent to any third-party provider — is described in the applicable Schedule.
What we do not collect. The Services are designed for plan-level documents and prohibit submission of member-level or individually identifiable health information. We do not see your conversations with AI assistants — only the specific requests an assistant sends to our tools.
2. How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the Services; to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse; to respond to support requests; and to send service-related communications. We may send product updates or marketing to account holders, with an opt-out in every message. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the content of your documents to train models.
3. Service providers
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Services. We use the following categories of providers:
- Identity and authentication — to manage sign-in and account credentials.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure — to run our web platform and connector services (US-hosted).
- Database — to store account, entitlement, and usage-metadata records.
- AI model providers — for optional server-side document processing in certain products (see the applicable Schedule). Where content is sent to such a provider, we do so under terms that prohibit using that content to train the provider’s models.
A current list of the specific providers in each category is available on request through the contact form on our Site. We may update our providers from time to time; the categories and commitments above continue to apply. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice).
4. Data retention
- Account information: retained while your account is active; deleted upon verified deletion request, subject to legal/accounting retention needs.
- Usage metadata: retained up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Submitted document content and parameters: not retained after the request completes.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, OAuth 2.0-based authentication, access controls scoped to individual accounts, and PII-stripping in application logs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights and choices
You may access, correct, or delete your account information, or exercise applicable state privacy rights, by contacting us through the contact form on our Site. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as the right to know, delete, or correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights). We honor verified requests as required by applicable law. The Services are directed to users in the United States.
7. Children
The Services are for business use by adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Additional product privacy terms
Some Services process data in product-specific ways (for example, the Actuarial Value Calculator’s optional server-side document extraction; see Schedule A on our Terms of Service page). Those additional terms supplement this Policy for the relevant Service.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post updates to this page and update the effective date; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice.
10. Contact
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us via the contact form on our Site.
